LifeBook T3000

LifeBook T3000D

The comfort and ease of a traditional notebook combined with the versatility of a Tablet PC. Built-in wireless access and the latest Intel® Centrino™ mobile technology means you can instantly input and access information whenever, wherever needed.

Flexible Form Factor
Write handwritten notes and diagrams directly on the screen like a regular notepad of paper or conduct your business in standard notebook mode doing proposals, reports, or presentations. Whether you're a student taking notes in class, a doctor charting a patient's diagnosis, or a corridor warrior running from meeting to meeting, the LifeBook T3000 Tablet PC offers you the comfort and ease of a traditional notebook combined with the amazing versatility of a Tablet PC. The LifeBook T3000 Tablet PC offers a large 12.1" bright display, the latest Intel® Centrino™ mobile technology and built in Wi-Fi certified wireless LAN - all in a sleek and slender convertible form factor that you would expect from Fujitsu PC.

Active Digitizer
In combination with a special pen, the electromagnetic (active) digitizer allows for a more accurate pen-driven input. The digitizer allows both hovering and variable pressure effects for smooth inking, increasing the overall user experience.

Display
Indoor (Transmissive) display – viewability on this screen is designed for typical office and home work environments. The bright 12.1” XGA TFT display produces a high contrast ratio and complements applications that use high definition graphics. This display is like any typical notebook display.

One-touch Application Launch Buttons
There are five intuitive and easy-to-use buttons that enable you to launch applications or easily navigate within them. With one-touch launch buttons you can easily rotate your screen orientation or scroll up and down within an application document. Each of these buttons also has secondary functions and two of the secondary functions are user-programmable which means you can assign your most commonly used applications to those buttons for quick and easy access.

Fujitsu PC Software Utilities
Not only is the hardware user-friendly and intuitive, but the Fujitsu-designed software utility bundle is too. Pressing the Fn button twice will bring up the floating Fujitsu Utility menu where you have one-tap access to almost any setting imaginable for your LifeBook T3000 Tablet PC including brightness control, tablet and pen settings, Fujitsu Display Controls, power options, and more. The Fujitsu Menu is completely customizable so you can use what you want and remove what you don't want. In fact, it's so user-friendly that you can add your own preferences directly onto the menu to give you the most productive environment custom-tailored just for you.

Port Replicator
The LifeBook T3000 Tablet PC comes with an optional port replicator, which allows you immediate access to any of your desktop peripherals including external media devices, mice, or external monitors to give you a dual-display experience, and extended desktop experience, or simply the use of a larger external display when needed. The LifeBook T3000 Tablet PC comes with a Fujitsu-designed software utility called Fujitsu Display Controls that will “remember” all your display settings when docked including desktop orientation, single or dual monitor display, resolution, color depth, etc. so you don’t have to re-configure your desktop environment every time you dock your machine in the port replicator. It will even “remember” the display settings that you had when the machine was undocked. Simply grab and go – no powering down, no reconfiguring, it’s all automatic.
