The HP Pavilion HDX Entertainment Notebook (fondly known as The Dragon) contest is complete on The Tablet PC and Mobile PC World.

Bob Walters is our winner.  Here's what he has to say about his plans for using it - "As far as plans go, nothing definite but being an Auto Cad Draftsman working in Civil design and working with graphics from various programs it will be a great improvement over my Pentium 4 at work. Personally I am going to set up my Xbox 360, media center, DVR, HDTV and 5.1 sound system and integrate them all with the Dragon. Like you mentioned, after setting it up and using it for a few months I will get a better feel for it.

I am so excited and appreciative about all this that words are hard to come by.

Thanks again so much."

For those of you who entered, thank you.  I hope you had as much fun as I did with this contest.  Answers are posted on Mobile PC World forums.

The last questions have been posted for our HP Pavilion HDX Entertainment Notebook in HP's and Buzz Corps 31 Days of the Dragon giveaway. You have until 11:59p on June 6 to get your answers in.  Answer the questions posted at Mobile PC World.

Complete contest rules can be found on our Days of the Dragon page.  Response has been great.

Check the table below for all contests and the winners that have been announced so far.

You still have a couple of opportunities to enter the 2 remaining contests at GearLive.com and GottaBeMobile.com.

Please join us in thanking HP and Buzz Corps for these amazing computers.  We also want to thank Cyberlink, NTI, Marken Communicaitons  and Mary Jo Foley for our additional prizes.

Rules have been posted at Mobile PC World forums so click the link and head over to enter.  The last of the questions have been posted so get your entries in before the contest closes on June 6th.

Welcome to the chance to win one of 31 HP Pavilion HDX computers.  If you haven't seen the specs on these yet, check out the possibilities on HP's site.  It's impressive - even more so as this system has even beefier specs and you have 31 chances to win one of your own!

Users are ranking it high, the reviews are good and the consensus among the sites involved in the contest is that we don't really want to have to send this one on to the winner.  This is, in every category, a desktop replacement entertainment machine that will give you all the power you need to do it all.

Impressive isn't a big enough word - in fact it's hard to put this one in words that do put it in perspective, so we've added some photos to help you see what we mean.

HP and Buzz Corps are giving each of the following sites (including The Tablet PC / Mobile PC World) a Pavilion HDX Dragon to give away to our readers.  We also have several prizes for runners-up.

How are we going to do it?  You'll have to stay tuned until May 30th when the contest here begins.  We're looking at doing something that will give everyone a fair chance to win.  This contest will be open to everyone - it's not limited to United States residents.

The HP Pavilion HDX Entertainment Notebook is absolutely loaded and has a retail value of at least $4500.00.

Although the Dragon is about as far away from a Tablet PC as you can get and still be considered a mobile PC, hosting a contest here to win one of the 31 HP Dragons is our way of launching our forums on a much wider scale and expanding our focus to cover more mobile PCs.

To get ready to win, be sure you're registered as a member at http://forums.mobilepcworld.net.

In the meantime, check the other sites to see how each will be running its contest.  You'll have at least 31 chances to win.

Check here frequently to see who's winning.  We'll announce the first winner on May 9 and will continue to add to the list of winners throughout the month.  Click on the 'Winning Entry' below to see the result.

Visit each of the following sites to see the rules and add to your chances to win!  We have the contest rules for the current contests at Mobile PC World.  While you're there, be sure to register as a member for your chance to win when we launch our contest on May 26th.

Good luck to all entrants!

And since we're all about Tablet PCs, here's a comparison of HP's TX2000 to its HDX.  Obviously, the Dragon isn't one you'll be carrying with you everywhere, but it's the most perfect desktop replacement entertainment machine I've ever had the opportunity to try.

Even better, this contest is open to everyone around the world.  Our rules will be simple and easy to follow. Stay tuned for your chance to win here beginning May 26.

In the meantime, visit the other 30 sites who are hosting their own contests.  The full list is below, including a list of those who have won so far.

You can see the details of the current contests at Mobile PC World.
